## 3. Subscriptions and Billing (Apple In-App Purchase)

Certain features require a paid subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- If offered, free trial eligibility and duration are determined by Apple and applicable offer terms.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

### Restores and Entitlements

- You may restore eligible purchases using the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature.
- Access to paid features depends on current subscription status.
- We may validate subscription status with Apple to confirm entitlement.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (for example, photos, logs, and profile entries). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have rights to submit your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, twoRings AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
