- How do I get help with the app? Email 1330admin@gmail.com with your question and the email address tied to your account.
- How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select 1330, and tap Cancel Subscription. Premium is a yearly in-app purchase only.
- How do I restore my purchase? In the app, open Account and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- How do I delete my account? In the app, open Account → Delete account. You can also email 1330admin@gmail.com to request account or data deletion.
- How do I contact support? Email 1330admin@gmail.com. No app install required to reach us.
Subscriptions
1330 Premium is available as a yearly subscription through Apple In-App Purchase (com.1330.app.premium.yearly).
To manage or cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → 1330. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.
Account & data
Delete your account anytime from Account → Delete account in the app. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete data on your behalf, email 1330admin@gmail.com.
